Inn31 Suites has opened a private Nordic spa area for overnight guests at its property at 31 Division Street South in Kingsville, Ontario. The installation includes a sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, outdoor fire feature, and sitting areas. Access is limited to guests booked into one of the Inn's three suites.
Nordic bathing rituals follow a repeating sequence of heat, cold and rest. Guests warm in the sauna, cool quickly in the plunge, sit in the hot tub, then relax by the fire or in one of the seating areas before beginning the cycle again. Rounds are usually repeated two or three times over the course of a session. The format is long established in Scandinavia and has become more common at Canadian properties in recent years. The spa area is reserved exclusively for registered overnight guests, keeping your experience quiet and unhurried. It is included with a stay, similar to a pool or a fitness room at a larger hotel.

Inn31 Suites occupies the second floor of an 1880 Kingsville homestead, above The Goose Kitchen & Bar. The Inn offers three uniquely appointed suites, two with queen beds and one with a king. The restaurant below serves lunch and dinner, and builds its seasonal menus around Essex County growers, fisheries and producers.
Kingsville sits on the north shore of Lake Erie in Essex County, roughly a 35-minute drive from Windsor, ON. Pelee Island Winery is a short drive from the Inn, while Point Pelee National Park is about 25 minutes away, and the Chrysler Greenway and the Lakeside Park walking paths are within walking distance. The Inn is in the walkable downtown core, close to local shops, breweries and restaurants.
Essex County's tourism draw is strongest in the warmer months, when the beaches, the wineries and the birding at Point Pelee National Park are at their peak. Outdoor amenities that work in cold weather are one way smaller properties extend their appeal into the shoulder and winter seasons. The sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and fire feature at Inn31 Suites are usable year-round.
The spa area is included with an overnight stay, and guests can arrange access at check in. Reservations for the Inn are handled directly through the property or online through the website.
