-- Dryfta has announced its October 2026 product update, adding tools designed to help event teams check conference readiness, streamline session attendance, manage panel submissions, and improve exhibitor and mobile-app workflows.
The update introduces Conference Health Check, a readiness overview that helps organizers identify missing or inconsistent information across programme, speaker, registration, abstract, scheduling, website, sponsor, and presentation areas. The tool provides actionable warnings and supports exportable reports for internal review.
Attendees, speakers, and moderators can now use QR-based session and webinar self check-in. After scanning a QR code, eligible participants can verify their email, complete check-in, and continue to the relevant session page.
Panel and abstract workflows have also been refined. Organizers can assign the same reviewer to an abstract across multiple review stages, while panel submission forms now include a read-only overview of the introduction, saved child submissions, the current unsaved child, and required slots. Panel introductions and linked submissions can also be exported together in a single PDF.
Exhibitor workflows now support bulk booth imports, duplicate-name prevention, booth availability by exhibitor package, and participant selection from the booths assigned to a package. Event app users can sign in through email one-time passwords, including users whose primary account uses single sign-on.
Additional improvements include reliable saved review filters, configurable webinar waitlists, richer session details in submission forms, original-quality JPEG and PNG uploads, and form choices that can be hidden after use.
